  Miami, FL on February 24, 2010.
· Our focus point is Character Development
· We work with at-risk youth from ages 5 to 18

To instill value and character in our youth, giving them a fighting chance to accomplish their dreams.

OCE is where our youth are nurtured with hope and love, provided with a positive environment and showed that with unity, we can change the world.
